What we do

Everything between your first question and your first semester

One team handles your whole journey — so nothing gets lost between agencies.

01

Counselling & screening

A free first session to understand your goals, grades and finances — and an honest answer about which programs fit you.

02

University admission

We match you to universities, prepare a complete, accurate application and submit it for you.

03

Visa documentation

Embassy-standard visa files: checked, consistent and complete before they are submitted.

04

Pre-departure training

Korean culture, campus etiquette and basic Korean language before you ever board the flight.

05

Arrival & settlement

Airport pickup, a room ready before you land, first-week meals, SIM card and bank setup.

06

Support in Korea

Our Ulsan team stays in touch through your studies — attendance, adaptation and any problem along the way.

Our difference

Most agencies stop at the visa stamp. Nexora stays for the semester.

Our Ulsan team meets every student at the airport and stays close through the weeks that decide whether a student settles in — or drops out.

Airport pickup & warm welcome
01

Airport pickup & warm welcome

A Nexora staff member meets every student on arrival day. No student navigates immigration, transport or a new city alone on day one.

Accommodation arranged before arrival
02

Accommodation arranged before arrival

Housing is inspected, budget-appropriate and ready to move into before the student lands — a real room, not a promise.

First-week meal support
03

First-week meal support

Every new student is stocked with home-style meals and essential groceries for the first week, so their energy goes into orientation and classes.

04

Telecom & essentials setup

We walk each student through getting a Korean SIM card, mobile plan and basic banking in the first days — reachable and connected immediately.

05

Community & football matches

Regular football matches and gatherings turn homesick students into a friend group fast — and let our team hear about problems early.

06

Ongoing monitoring

Attendance, adaptation and behaviour are followed by our on-the-ground team, with concerns flagged early and shared with the university on request.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Can’t find your answer? Our counsellors reply quickly.

Ask us anything
Do I need to know Korean before I apply?

Not for the Korean Language Program — it starts from zero. Korean-taught degree programs usually ask for TOPIK level 3 or higher, and English-taught programs ask for IELTS or TOEFL instead. We will tell you which route fits you.

When are the intakes?

Degree programs start in March (spring) and September (fall). University language programs usually start four times a year: March, June, September and December. Applications close several months earlier, so start early.

How do I apply through Nexora?

Create a free student account, complete your profile, then choose a university and program and press Apply. You can upload documents and follow your application status in the portal, and our team will contact you.

What happens after I land in Korea?

Our Ulsan team meets you at the airport, takes you to accommodation arranged before you arrived, supplies your first week of meals, helps with your SIM card and bank account, and stays in touch throughout the semester.

Can I work part-time while studying?

Korean immigration allows international students to work part-time within set limits and with permission. The rules depend on your visa type and language level; we explain the current rules during counselling.

What documents will I need?

Typically your passport, academic certificates and transcripts, a bank solvency certificate from your sponsor, sponsor income documents and family relationship proof. The exact list depends on the university — your portal shows what is still needed.
